The TF-RL-B48 Aluminium Solar Panel Mounting Rails are designed for rooftops, They are usually used for installation where there is a high structure strength requirement. The rail profile designs is stronger and thicker than ordinary roof rails on the market, it could be apply in some projects with strong wind speed max to 60m/s.

The TF-RL-B48 PV Rails was popular due to its’ special design, it designed with slot in the back of profile, so the rail connector can be installed at the back of Rail, that will not affect the installation of L feet or Tile Roof Hook.
In this way, the installation team don’t need to worry about the Interference issue, saving the installation time.
The anodizing layer thickness of our Aluminium solar panel mounting rails is more than 10μm, with good appearance and strong corrosion resistance. Which make them suitable for outdoor use in various climates. (different requirement for anodizing layer can also be customized)
The weight of Aluminum solar mounting rails is light, easy to handle and install, which will save labor cost and support flexible installation.
The front side of the roof rail has stripes, which can increase the stability of the accessories of Roof hook or L Feet to matching perfectly with it.

What is the complete mounting kits of this solar racking system?
The whole kits mainly contain rails, front leg, rear leg, and clamps like as Mid clamp, End clamp, and grounding lug, etc.
How to install rails on the rooftop?
1. Measure the roof size to check the Aluminium Solar Panel Mounting Rails quantity.
2. Install the rail support base. For example below L Feet solution type, mounting L feet kits first on the positional rooftop.
3. Sliding rails between one same line L feet, securing with the T slot bolt on the L-feet. The Rails will be connected by rail connectors as below figures.
