This project highlights how Top Fence Solar delivered a high-volume industrial rooftop solar racking system for a major manufacturing facility in Manila, Philippines, optimizing energy generation while ensuring superior wind resistance and fast installation efficiency.
Manila, Philippines
Trapezoidal / Standing Seam Metal Roof
Non-Penetrative Solar Roof Clamps
Extreme Wind Load Resistance & High Installation Speed
Top Fence Solar successfully manufactured and supplied a large-scale rooftop solar mounting matrix for a prominent manufacturing plant in Manila. The objective was to maximize usable solar installation area across expansive corrugated metal roofs while maintaining exceptional structural safety under seasonal tropical storm and typhoon conditions.
By utilizing a non-penetrative clamping system and pre-engineered structural layout, the project achieved rapid deployment, minimized roof risks, and improved long-term operational reliability for the industrial facility.
Custom-fit aluminum and steel roof clamps were engineered to securely grip trapezoidal and standing seam roof ribs without penetrating the metal sheet surface. This non-invasive fixing method preserves complete roof waterproofing integrity and eliminates leakage risks for warehouse operations.
The solar rail matrix was structurally optimized to evenly distribute dead loads and wind uplift forces across roof purlins, helping prevent localized stress concentration or roof deformation under extreme weather exposure.
The mounting system was designed using pre-fabricated components and installation-friendly modular architecture, enabling local EPC teams to complete installation ahead of schedule while minimizing factory downtime and labor costs.
