1. Strong Corrosion Resistance:

For ZAM Steel Ground Mount Structure, the ZAM coating’s corrosion resistance is 10-20x that of ordinary hot-dip galvanizing—with salt spray resistance over 3,000 hours (vs. ~600 hours for ordinary galvanizing). Shougang’s hot-dip ZAM material, for example, passed 4,000 hours of neutral salt spray testing (cut & surface) without red rust.

2. Excellent Self-Healing Ability:

Post-cutting/processing, ZAM brackets form a zinc hydroxide/alkaline zinc chloride protective film at the cut to stop rust spread—no regular maintenance needed, lowering operating costs.

3. Lightweight & High-Strength:

30%-50% lighter than traditional steel, yet stronger. Its high moment of inertia and bending resistance suit diverse PV installation environments.

4. Superior Process ability:

Minimal coating peeling during welding, stamping, or bending—high adaptability for processing, boosting production efficiency.

5. Strong Wind & Earthquake Resistance:

Terrain-adaptable, withstanding 60m/s wind loads and 1.4KN/m² snow loads to ensure PV module stability.

INSTALLATION STEPS

Our Solar Ground Steel Mount System comes with pre-drilled holes from the factory—no on-site drilling or cutting is needed, just installation as per the drawings. It also no need complex specialized tools, features lightweight and easy-to-assemble components, ensures efficient workflow from anchoring to panel mounting, and even allows small scratches to self-heal, greatly reducing on-site operation difficulty.
