Layout and and roof structure design

And L feet structure is positioned on the purline, rafters to safely support the rails on rooftop, with the purpose of laying the solar panels.

L-feet Installation

Positioning the L feeet on rooftop. Place the Solar L Feet Roof Mounting Kits at the pre-marked positions and ensure they are aligned to support the track system correctly.

Secure Fastening

Use the provided self-tapping screws to securely fasten the L-feet directly into the metal roof sheeting, the integrated EPDM washers and sealing washers are properly compressed during tightening to create a durable, watertight seal against moisture ingress.

Rail Mounting

Connect the Aluminum B46 Rails to the installed L-feet using the provided rail clamps and bolts. And also could be mounted by sliding rails onto the T-slide nuts on the top part of L-Feets. Ensuring rails are level and parallel.

Solar Panels Laying

Placing the solar panels onto the Aluminum B46 Rails, then fastening those panels with panel clamps. End clamps put at the end of two sides, Mid clmaps posted between panels at the middle.
