Recently, Topfencesolar’s Xiamen manufacturing base kicked off a busy shipment operation: a batch of ZAM steel photovoltaic ground mounting structures, custom-built for a Korean client, was transported directly from our own factory to Xiamen Port for container loading, ready to depart for the project site in South Korea. This seamless local delivery exemplifies Topfencesolar’s commitment to leveraging Xiamen’s manufacturing and port advantages to serve the global PV market.
Thanks to the close proximity of our Xiamen factory and the port, we achieved full control over the "production-warehousing-logistics-container loading" process:
Factory Production: These ZAM steel structures were precision-punched, coated, and packaged at our Xiamen facility. Each profile underwent rigorous salt spray corrosion testing and dimensional accuracy checks to ensure optimal performance in South Korea’s coastal, high-humidity, and salt-laden environment.
Logistics Link: Finished products were loaded directly from our factory warehouse and reached Xiamen Port in just 1 hour, eliminating cross-regional transportation delays and potential damage.
Port Loading: At Xiamen Port, our team collaborated with professional forklifts and cranes to safely load 6-meter-long profiles into 40-foot high-cube containers. Using wooden pallets and stretch wrap for reinforcement, we ensured no deformation or corrosion during long-distance sea transport. The entire process was supervised by the client’s inspection team, with full quantity verification and quality checks completed on-site.
As one of the fastest-growing PV markets in East Asia, South Korea demands exceptional weather resistance from outdoor mounting systems. Our ZAM steel ground structures stood out with three key advantages:
Superior Corrosion Resistance: ZAM coating offers 3–5 times better salt spray resistance than standard hot-dip galvanizing, perfectly suited to South Korea’s coastal climate.
Structural Stability: Optimized C-section design with precisely pre-punched holes cuts on-site installation time by 30%.
Local Delivery Speed: Leveraging Xiamen’s manufacturing capacity and port logistics, we reduced order lead times by 2–3 days compared to industry averages, ensuring the Korean project stays on schedule.
This successful shipment to Korea marks another milestone in Topfencesolar’s global expansion, with Xiamen at the core of our operations. Our PV mounting systems are now exported to over 100 countries, supporting ground-mounted power plants, agri-PV projects, and solar carports worldwide. Moving forward, Topfencesolar will continue to harness Xiamen’s "manufacturing + port" strengths to deliver more efficient, tailored PV mounting solutions to global clients.
